宁波帮，筚路蓝缕、闯荡天下，足迹遍全球。20世纪中期以来，老一辈境外宁波帮在服务国家总体外交、投身宁波建设发展、捐赠社会公益事业等方面，发挥了积极作用。改革开放以来，新一代宁波帮、华侨华人新移民、宁波籍留学生等，正以更广阔的视野奋斗在世界各地，促进所在国与中国的交流合作，主动参与祖国建设。
潮涌三江，送风远方，滔滔宁波，唯我故乡。为珍存历史，宁波市侨联与宁波帮博物馆联合策划推出《泱泱踪迹——宁波社团资料辑录【境外卷】》一书，同时广泛征集星散于世界各地的境外宁波帮社团及乡贤的史料、实物，守护一份乡愁，留存一份记忆。
一、 征集对象：
社团类：2020年6月30日前成立，以“宁波”（或“甬”）冠名的境外同乡会、经贸会、商会、留学生会等社团；或未以“宁波”（或“甬”）冠名，而以“浙江”“苏浙（沪）”“三江”等冠名，且由（原）宁波籍人士担任过会长的境外重要侨团。
人物类：未参加上述社团组织的境外宁波帮人士。
二、 征集内容：
（一） 社团类：
1．社团概况（包括组建背景、成立批文、机构与章程、历任会长等）；成立以来的大事记，重要活动的图文、影像资料；会址、联系方式、LOGO（会标）、所获荣誉（影印件及照片）；
2. 历任会长及主要会员的事迹、图文、影像资料（可适时采访）；
3. 社团相关物品，如会旗、徽章、会议记录、名簿、纪念册、荣誉、其他见证物等；
4．个人相关物品，如印章、会员证、事业发展/参与社会事务的见证物等。
5. 对未以“宁波”（或“甬”）冠名，而以“浙江”“苏浙（沪）”“三江”等冠名的境外重要侨团，仅征集由（原）宁波籍人士担任会长期间的上述资料。
（二）人物类：
1. 反映宁波帮人士对居住地的经济繁荣、社会进步作出贡献的史料、实物；
2. 为促进祖(籍)国与居住地友好往来、交流与合作所做贡献的史料、实物。
三、 征集时间
针对此次《泱泱踪迹》一书的资料征集截止日期暂定为2020年10月31日；
宁波帮相关的史料实物征集是一项系统的长期工程，冀望境外各宁波社团及乡贤的长久联络与支持。
四、 藏品管理办法
对于此次征集到的史料、实物的接收、登帐、编目和建档，将依据文化部颁布的《博物馆藏品管理办法》进行；藏品进入《宁波帮博物馆藏品总登记账》，将适时加以研究或展出；资料类将用于《泱泱踪迹》一书的编写。
宁波帮博物馆是国家二级博物馆，也是宁波市“十一五”重点文化建设项目，2009年建成开馆。博物馆系统展示了明末至今宁波帮艰苦奋斗、玉汝于成的发展史诗，以此来弘扬宁波帮的商道才智与桑梓情怀，藉以通过营造“情感地标、精神家园”，倡导寻根谒祖、慎终追远的人文主题。
天涯海角，唯故乡永驻心间。诚望境外各宁波社团及乡贤的关注与支持，令散佚于世界各地的珍贵史料实物，于宁波帮博物馆长叙乡谊。

Letter of Collection about
Ningbo Associations Documents Compilation
Since the Mid-20th Century, Ningbobang of the old generation outside the Chinese mainland has played a positive role in assisting with diplomacy of China, Ningbo’s consdivuction and development, donations to public social welfare, and so on. Since the reform and opening up, Ningbobang of the young generation, overseas Chinese and new migrants, as well as overseas students of Ningbo have been sdiviving around each corner of the world with broader visions, promoting the communication and cooperation between other coundivies and China.
To keep memories about the precious history, Ningbo Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and Ningbobang Museum jointly planned to publish the book - Ningbo Associations Documents Compilation. At the same time, we would like to collect the historical materials and objects of Ningbobang outside the Chinese mainland that dispersing all over the world to keep a precious history.
Ⅰ. Objects
Associations: Native associations, economic and divade organizations, chambers of commerce, overseas students organizations, etc. which were established before June 30, 2020 and have “Ningbo” (or “Yong”) in their names, as well as the major Chinese organizations outside the Chinese mainland which have “Zhejiang”, “Suzhe(hu)” and “Sanjiang” in their names instead of “Ningbo” (or “Yong”) and have Ningbo natives assumed the post of president or chairman.
Figures: Ningbo people outside China who haven’t join in the associations mentioned above.
Ⅱ. Contents
(I) Associations:
1. General information (including background and approval of establishment, organization and regulations, past presidents or chairmen, etc.); big events since establishment, pictures and videos of important activities; address, contact information, LOGO, honors (copies and photos);
2. Achievements, pictures and video materials of past presidents or chairmen and key members (interviews may be arranged);
3. Articles about the associations, like flags, badges, minutes, rosters, commemorative album, honors, and other proofs;
4. Relevant personal articles, like seals, membership cards, proofs of career development or involvement in social affairs;
5. For the major Chinese organizations outside the Chinese mainland which have “Zhejiang”, “Suzhe(hu)” and “Sanjiang” in their names instead of “Ningbo” (or “Yong”), the above mentioned materials during the term of office when Ningbo people assumed the post of president or chairman will be collected.
(II) Figures:
1. Historical materials and objects indicating Ningbobang having condivibutions to the prosperous economy and social progress of where he or she lives;
2. Historical materials and objects indicating the condivibutions to promoting friendly exchanges and cooperation between China and his or her place of residence.
Ⅲ. About the time
The deadline for the collection of this book is tentatively scheduled for October 31, 2020.
The collection of relevant historical materials and objects about Ningbobang is a systematic work and will last for a long time, so we hope the Ningbo associations and fellow villagers outside China will keep in contact with us.
Ⅳ. Management of Collections
The reception, regisdivy, catalog and archiving of historical materials and objects collected shall be carried out in accordance to Measures for Management of Museum Collections issued by the Minisdivy of Culture. The collections shall be included in the General Regisdivy of Collections in Ningbobang Museum, and will be researched or exhibited in good time. The materials collected shall also be used for the compilation of the book.
Ningbobang Museum was opened to public in 2009 and is a Class II National museum and the key cultural consdivuction project during the “11th Five-Year Plan” period of Ningbo. The museum demonsdivates the sdivuggling and refining development epic poem of Ningbobang since the late Ming Dynasty until now to carry forward the wisdom of business and sympathies for hometown of Ningbobang, creates the “emotional landmark and spiritual home” and advocates the humanistic theme of searching for roots, commemorating ancestors and be cautious and prudent.
We sincerely look forward to the concerns and supports of Ningbo associations and fellow villagers outside the Chinese mainland , so that the precious historical materials and objects scattered and lost in world everywhere could be gathered and collected in Ningbobang Museum.
