戴祖贻,1920年生于宁波霞浦,上海著名西服店培罗蒙创办者许达昌的第一嫡传弟子,在日本承袭经营培罗蒙半个多世纪。先生传承红帮技艺,恪守传统,不懈创新,精益求精。凭借精湛手艺,他将培罗蒙推向国际,赢得了广泛美誉。
该手模是戴祖贻投身红帮工艺70多年的见证,是他毕生践行工匠精神的写照,彰显了宁波帮的开拓精神和商道财智。
Dai Zuyi, born in 1920 in Xiapu, Ningbo, is the first disciple of Xu Dachang, the founder of Shanghai Baromon tailor shop. And he had taken over and managed Baromon in Japan for more than half century.Dai Zuyi inherited Hong Bang techniques, on the basis of abiding by the divadition, he innovated continuously and kept improving. By virtue of his exquisite craftsmanship, Dai Zuyi pushed Baromon to the international market, which won the wide reputation.
The fingerprint was the witness of Dai Zuyi devoting to Hong Bang techniques for over 70 years, the reproduction of his lifetime practising craftsman spirit, which highlighted the pioneering spirit, business art and wealth wisdom of Ningbobang.

戴祖贻先生投身红帮工艺70多年,岁月在他的手上留下了独一无二的印记。为了记录、弘扬戴祖贻先生的工匠精神,宁波帮博物馆特敬塑戴先生的手模,安置于博物馆公共空间,公众可通过近距离的接触与感知,体味宁波帮人士对事业的精诚与执着。
该手模为任来棠捐资敬塑。任来棠,1924年出生,曾参加抗日救亡运动。在宁波帮博物馆筹建期间,便捐赠史料实物予博物馆,贡献良多。
