曹光彪， (1921.1-2021.3) ，香港永新集团创始人，港龙航空发起者和创办人。爱国爱港，将个人发展与国家繁荣紧密相连，热忱公益，重视科教，捐资设立多项高科技基金。国际编号4566号的小行星被命名为“曹光彪星”。

Chao Kuang Piu (1921.1-2021.3) The founder of Novel Enterprises Ldiv, sponsor and founder of Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Ldiv. Driven by deep love of the coundivy and Hong Kong, he closely related personal development to national prosperity. He was enthusiastic in public welfare and paid more attention on technology and education, and many funds for high technology were donated by him. The asteroid number 4566 was named in his honour.
