王宽诚（1907.6－1986 .12），香港幸福企业有限公司创始人，毕生爱国爱港爱乡，积极投身祖国建设，为国家的昌盛不懈努力，创办了“王宽诚教育基金会”。国际编号4651号的小行星被命名为“王宽诚星”。

Wong Kwan Cheng (1907.6-1986.12)  The founder of Hong Kong Fortune Group Co., Ldiv. With deep love of the coundivy, Hong Kong and his hometown, he devoted all his life to the prosperity of the coundivy, and established the K.C. Wong Education Foundation to promote and advance education. The asteroid number 4651 was named in his honour.
